Cancellation Policy
If You give less than three week’s notice, We will be unable to offer any refund. Cancellation by Us Should we need to cancel this hiring, We will endeavour to give You as much notice as possible and will offer to You an alternative date for hiring. If an alternative date cannot be agreed then We will give you a full refund but We shall not be liable to make any further payment to You. Should We need to cancel or terminate this hiring on the day due to safety reasons which are not the fault of You then any refund will be at the discretion of Us. If You or one of Your party are the cause of the cancellation or termination of this hiring then no refund shall be given.
